Well next year I’m going to turn 50! Yes yes I know I don’t look anywhere near that old but I am!
To celebrate it I’m doing to do various events throughout the year covering all the areas of interest I have in my life including fishing, running, birdwatching and of course horticulture!
I’m aiming to raise £5000 for various charities though out the year. This is starting on the 29th of January when I am kicking off with a afternoon of talks called simply roses. This talk is spilt into 2 halves, with refreshments and homemade cake (baked by me, the kids and close friends) halfway. The venue is Braishfield village hall and there will other fundraising things going on during the afternoon, like hopefully a raffle, a few guessing games!
